RETURNS INFORMATION

Non perishable items purchased at the Dog Perk can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of purchase.

Customers choosing to return items will forfeit the cost of shipping and handling and will be provided the option to return the item(s) for store credit or exchange the item(s) for a different size. Additional shipping and handling charges ($4.95) will apply for sending out exchanged items.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

The Dog Perk ships all products via ground shipping and they usually arrive within 3-5 business days of the date they are shipped. Shipping and Handling cost is $4.95 for orders up to 5 items. If you are ordering over 5 items, extra shipping charges may apply, but not necessarily; it will depend on the items ordered. You will be contacted if extra charges are required.
