The Dog Perk is an organization that appreciates dogs!  The owners of the business get a lot of inspiration from their own 3 dogs as well as from experiences visiting their local dog parks and visits with other dog owners.  The Dog Perk is a business dedicated to dogs and the owners who love them.

Our Three Dog Pack

Rodney

Named after the legendary Rod Stewart our Rodney is "our little rock star".  He often struts around the house proudly when we play the song "If you think I'm sexy...".  He is the oldest and wisest member of our pack.  He enjoys long walks on the beach and loves to chase rabbits and squirrels at the dog park. He is known for his loud hound dog howl.

Dudley

Dudley came to us through Pleading Paws Pet Rescue.  He is a black lab / springer mix.  He is the most friendly, loving and happy dog around.  He especially enjoys his trips to the dog park so he can RUN RUN RUN.  He has earned the nickname "Dudzilla" because he is known for stomping around on the bed every morning to wake everyone up.  He is also a very snuggly guy and is known as the fastest eater in the house.

Abby

Abby came into the family under the guise of being a foster dog.  She was set to be euthanized at a Kentucky shelter in 2007, but BOY has her life changed since then!  She fit in so nicely as our foster dog, we just had to keep her.  Now she is part of our pack!  Nicknamed BABYGIRL...she is just TOO CUTE!  She is now loved and adored and has even become a bandana model for The Dog Perk.  Her favorite song is "Can't Smile without You" by Barry Manilow.
